Detailed Itinerary

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Pick-Up: We provide pick-up from your hotel or residence in Dubai or Sharjah. Pick-up times are from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM.
Drop-Off: Approximate drop-off time is 9:00 PM.
Sharing Transfer: Each SUV accommodates up to 7 guests including the driver, with a maximum of 6 guests per SUV.
Private Transfer: The SUV is exclusive for your group of 1 to 6 guests.

Dune Bashing & Desert

Deserts for Dune Bashing: We offer dune bashing at Al Aveer Desert and Lahbab Desert.
Al Aveer Desert: Located approximately 30 minutes from the city, featuring small brown dunes and 15 minutes of dune bashing.
Lahbab Desert: About 60 minutes from the city, known for its expansive Red Dunes, ideal for dune bashing and photography. This is the desert we visit for the Red Dune safari.
Dune Bashing: This off-road driving experience, similar to a roller coaster ride, involves navigating sand dunes. Our expert drivers ensure safety by adjusting tire pressure for an optimal ride.

Sand Boarding & Sunset Photography

Sand Boarding: After reaching the highest dune, enjoy the sunset and sand boarding. Our guide will assist you and take photos. Sand-boarding offers a unique experience and is great for photos.

Camel Riding & Quad Biking

Camel Riding: Available upon reaching the camp, with a short ride included. Longer camel rides (30 or 60 minutes) can be added as an option.
Quad Biking: Not included in the package but available as an add-on. We offer quad biking for kids in a designated area and for adults in the open desert, with a tour leader guiding the track.

Desert Safari Camps

Arrival at Camp: After dune bashing, we stop briefly to adjust tire pressure before a 10-minute drive to the desert camp.
Camp Options: Seating is available in the standard or premium sections. You will be in the standard section unless specified otherwise.
Welcome: Enjoy Arabic coffee, sweets, and dates upon arrival. Sunset photography opportunities are available at the camp.

Sheesha & Henna Painting

Sheesha: Flavored sheesha is available in the designated area. Table service for selected flavors incurs additional charges.
Henna Painting: Included and available at the camp.

Picture with Falcon & Arabic Dress

Falcon Photography: Included. Request a photo with the falcon from your guide.
Arabic Dress: Local Arabic dress photography and henna painting are part of the experience.

Evening Snacks & BBQ Dinner

Refreshments: Soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Fanta), fresh juice, water, tea, and coffee are provided.
Dinner: A buffet with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options is available. Vegetarian guests are seated at a separate table. Dinner is served after the live performance. A table service option for dinner is available at an additional cost.

Drop-Off

Return: After the shows, you will return with the same safari guide. For private vehicle bookings, early departure is possible, with the vehicle dedicated solely to your group.

Evening Desert Safari Dubai with BBQ Dinner Quality Camp: Features dune bashing at Lahbab Desert, camel riding, henna painting, sheesha, a dinner buffet, and 4 entertainment shows.
Red Dune Desert Safari with 4-Star Camp: Includes dune bashing at Lahbab Desert, sandboarding, camel riding, a photo with the falcon, premium camp seating, and a premium dinner buffet.
Premium Desert Safari with Majlis & ATV: Includes all features of the Red Dune Desert Safari with 30 minutes of quad biking in the open desert, and a private VIP air-conditioned Majlis with table service at the camp.

Your journey is assured to be smooth and safe with our highly skilled guides. Our vehicles, adhering to DTCM’s strict safety and comfort standards, are designed to enhance your desert safari experience.

Dress Code & Weather

Comfort is key for your Dubai Desert Safari. There’s no specific dress code; wear what feels best for you. Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended for the daytime warmth. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat for sun protection. As evenings can be chilly, a light jacket or shawl is advisable.

Without Dune Bashing

For those who prefer not to experience dune bashing, we offer comfortable, air-conditioned waiting areas where you can relax and enjoy refreshments. Alternatively, with a private vehicle booking, we can take you directly to scenic spots and the campsite, bypassing dune bashing. This option will not affect the cost; the price per person remains the same regardless of participation in dune bashing.

Pregnant Women & Children

Safety and comfort are paramount. Pregnant women and families with infants are advised to enjoy our air-conditioned waiting area, as dune bashing may not be suitable. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Quad Bikes & Dune Buggies

For an optimal experience, we recommend pre-booking quad bikes and dune buggies. Advance booking ensures prompt service and avoids long waits, allowing you to fully enjoy your desert adventure. Secure your slots now to avoid delays.

Booking & Payments

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required. Only bookings with advance payment will be confirmed. After reserving, you will receive a payment link from our team. This policy helps secure your spot and ensures a smooth experience.

Cancellation Policy

Our flexible cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation before 48 hours: Full refund.
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund.

Dune bashing might be too intense for expectant mothers and infants. We recommend that pregnant women and families with infants use our air-conditioned waiting area for comfort and safety. Our team is committed to providing a pleasant and secure experience in the Dubai desert.
