Event Date: This booking is exclusively for the New Year’s Eve Yacht Party on December 31, 2024.

Booking and Payment: To secure your reservation, advance booking and full payment are required. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Ticket Resale: Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Boarding Time: Boarding will not be permitted after 8:30 PM. Please ensure timely arrival.

Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing external food and beverages is not allowed.

Food at the Event: Food served at the event cannot be taken away or delivered.

Event Assistance: For any issues during the event, please contact the event organisers for immediate assistance.

Acknowledging Risks: By attending the yacht party, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and hazards.

Prohibited Items: Illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

Availability: Event availability is subject to change.

Booking Confirmation: Show your booking confirmation either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.

Receipt of Confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.

Price Inclusion: The final price includes VAT.

Non-Exchangeable: Bookings are non-exchangeable for cash.

Single-Use Vouchers: Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.

Cancellation Policy

Route: The yacht will sail around Marasi Bay, Dubai Festival City, Jaddaf Waterfront, and Downtown.
Transportation: Not included in the package. Arrive at the departure location independently. Additional transportation can be arranged at an extra cost:
